Although i agree with this to a small point, it isnt entirely true for everyone. Some of us need more than good nutrition to get well(actually a lot of us do). All the good nutrition in the world wont help me out with my cepacia , only antibiotics can do that trick.

Although i agree with this to a small point, it isnt entirely true for everyone. Some of us need more than good nutrition to get well(actually a lot of us do). All the good nutrition in the world wont help me out with my cepacia , only antibiotics can do that trick.

Sometimes when I was on IV's and when they would really start working my mucous would become really 'watery'. You could here it bubble in my lungs and it would fall out of a cup like water does when I did physio. It was laways scary cause lots and lots would come up and it would really feel like I was drowning.
It was a really big difference from the usual very sticky mucous

I have never had it happen without IV's or with certain types of food.

I called the hospital, and they are going to admit him as a peds, and then transition him while he's in the hospital. I think that would be a good way to do it.
