I know anemia can make you tired and I think we're more prone to anemia because we're always fighting some level of infection. You might want to get that checked out and talk to your doctor about dietary changes or iron supplements (if you can tolerate them).

hi cfincalifornia,

i actually just got my lab results back yesterday and there is no sign of anemia. blood counts were great.
i'm going to see how much iron is in my multi vit. i'd like to have vit levels checked to see if there is a deficiency there.

aches, tiredness after eating.. I would get checked for cfrd, as others said. Try skipping breakfast once, see if you still get tired. I too have been getting super tired after eating, especially in the morning, after a (relatively) empty stomach. Just had my OGT, and confirmed diabetic. 1 hour test was a little over 290, 2 hour was almost 290..
