OK so since maybe January of this year I have no desire to get up and go. I miss at least one day from work every week or at least every two weeks. I am alot more sick(just a cold) than I used to be or get. I am always tired and have the "I just don't want to" feeling...I would rather stay home in bed than get up every morning and go to work...I dunno what else to say on here to help describe how I am feeling...could it just be the winter blaaaaah's or am I depressed? Heeeeeeeeeeelp!!

It could very well be both! Seasonal depression is a well documented problem. One reason people get it is lack of sun. I know people who go tanning once a week or so in the winter and it helps immensely with their seasonal depression.

I just wrote my blog about this.
I think with me it might be seasonal. I spoke with one of my physio's early februari and said to him I missed the sun. I missed the feeling you can get out of bed and walk out the door and feel the sunshine, the warmth. That feels a bit like freedom. I sat outside in the sun for the first time last friday, with a sweater on, but I could sit outside. I was looking forward to riding a bit on my bike the next day. But ofcourse yesterday was cold again and a lot more windy. I'm waiting for summer <img src="i/expressions/sun.gif" border="0">
