GTT means to drink sugar water and measure the blood sugar 3 or 4 times within about 3 hours. So if you have measured it at home already its no difference and you will see no "big needle"<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

I dont about this! The nasty stuff I drink is more like cherry flavored syrup not sugar water & given how high/low sugars can read I was always told it should be done at a medical facility as a precaution.

I dont about this! The nasty stuff I drink is more like cherry flavored syrup not sugar water & given how high/low sugars can read I was always told it should be done at a medical facility as a precaution.

Mel I was just typing the exact same thing.

You need a controlled amount of the Glucola stuff and you need to be measured at set intervals. Diagnosing at home is not an objective, controlled environment and I wouldn't encourage it.
