Diabetes Question

Thank your for your comments. I talked with my Endo doctor and she came to the conclusion that is was stress. The spikes were happening right after a stressful moment and would go back to normal after my stress levels would drop. I suspected this was the reason but need to make sure.

The Metformin has reduced my high sugars over all and allows me to utilize my own insulin better. I still have some low blood sugar if I wait too long between meals to eat. My doctor assured me that I was doing everything correctly (eating healthy and taking my medication correctly). Just need to lower my stress levels. Goodie, goodie!!!
