I am jealous! I have had the opposite problem - people think I am further along than I am, and I am gaining weight too fast and now have to watch it. I'm sure it's just your body type.

Is this your first? When I had my first baby, the UPS man at my work didn't even know I was pregnant when I told him I would be gone for 3 months....had my baby 2 days later. Now with my 3rd, you could tell I ws pregnant at 6 weeks! hahaha. I don't think it has anything to do with your CF. Your OB would tell you and be doing lots of ultrasounds if you were not growing properly! Enjoy your pregnancy! Good luck

I hardly looked pregnant till near the very end with my son. I remember working out when I was approx 7-8 months along and telling a girl that I was due soon and she could hardly believe it. Fundal height was fine the whole time - he was 5 lbs 11 oz full term. With my daughter I definitely got bigger and even got a stretch mark (none w/ my son) yet my fundal height was 6 weeks behind by the end. But she was born full term and 7.5 lbs.
I don't think it has anything to do w/ CF - just being a woman and your body type. Check out the belly pictures thread.
