I can imagine your shock! Even when you are trying I think its always shocking.
I had a wonderful pregnancy and incredible labor. No issues came up at all. I was prepared for the worst, but everything was great. I worked very hard to maintain my health all those months.
Typically its not the pregnancy itself that is the concern, its more so afterwards. For the first months after, its really important that you keep a routine, and keep it simple so you stay healthy and get as much rest as possible.
Above all-stay positive and believe that you can do it. This will be an amazing time in your life.
