Do carriers of cf have any symptoms?

Hi...female 38 with CF and CFRD. My mom and father were carriers of the CF gene. I have CF, it bypassed my sister and my Brother has CF, he just went through a double lung transplant.

Ooooooo me again. As far as I know my parents had NO symptoms but then again this was 38 yrs ago!

My dad, mom and sister are carriers and have always been very healthy, not many health issues at all, except that they've always been extra phlegmy, always clearing their voices. I think they deffinitely have some carrier symptoms. Just finding out that there were carrier symptoms helped clarify things for me.
