No, I don't think they really need to be asking, because if you have the coverage it is process regardless of what your reason for having it is....but I also don't think they are necessarily being nosy either.... they may just have the notion in their head that only those over age 65 have Medicare...and looking at a 30 year old person might be why they are asking.....
