Do you do IV's for 10 days or 14 days?

I'd say the past decade or so, I have always done them in 10 days. While it's true that a course of IVs is usually 14 days, the world is filled with sick people who need to get better, and what's the use of cluttering up a hospital with a healthy patient, as after 1 or 2 days on them, I'm usually 100% better.
