do you have clubbing?

I have mild clubbing and I remember the doctor pointing it out to another doctor how well my fingers looked even though I have horrible lungs....I'm talking around 30% FEV1. Yet, another patient had it badly but had pretty good lung function. SO I don't think anyone totally knows the reason.
