Do you put up with it for the sake of putting up with it?

Thanks for the advice, seeing a pysch tmoz and I've start to write things down so it makes better sense to myself and maybe others. I've got to have a gastic feed put in, lost a lot of weight, I suppose it will help just nervous of the procedure. I've had one before but as a child, got rid of it 7 years ago, kinda feel like I've let myself down by having another one but Mum says its just a 'blip' and sometimes need help, can't fight everythign on your own I guess. I'm still feeling low and lack of motovation but hopefully will feel better physically and mentally soon. Finger crossed x
