Do you take an natural enhancers

When I recently asked my docs in clinic if I should take a probiotic supplement, they said though probiotics are GREAT for digestion and immunity, etc..., they think a yogurt a day is sufficient. So, lately, I eat a yogurt each day (most have some amount of probiotics in them, though probably not as many as DanActive or Activia.) I also drink DanActive for immunity nearly every day, especially if I don't eat my yogurt. So, that's what I do. I don't notice anything different since doing this, but figure if it helps my immune system, I'll take what I can get! Plus, a great source of calcium, etc...
