Doctors While Pregnant

i saw my cf clinic every month. they also worked very closely with my OB, who was not a 'high risk' ob, but was one of the most experienced OB's in the world of Cf, for pregnancy in moms w cf (she has since retired).
I saw her once a month, and towards the end every week.
My Cf doc also worked closely with a maternal/lactation center to help determine the safest drugs for me to take while preg, and while breastfeeding.
My lung function was in the 70s when I got preg, in the middle of my preg it was in the 50s-which is normal. (it always goes down, even for non cf women) Perhaps you are extremely healthy, and thats not why they're very concerned-if thats the case, count your blessings and enjoy your pregnancy to the full!

Yes, you are right, I did say that incorrectly. There is not likely anything to happen during the childbirth that wouldn't happen normally. Sometimes my fingers keep typing nonsense and I don't mean what I say <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> LOL

Yes, you are right, I did say that incorrectly. There is not likely anything to happen during the childbirth that wouldn't happen normally. Sometimes my fingers keep typing nonsense and I don't mean what I say <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> LOL
