Does anyone go to Pulmonary Rehab or the Gym, etc.?

I an Pulm Rehab now, It has helped a lot.
my O2 sats are 95% in the morning before my first Neb,
After a good Neb and Acapella they go to 98 99%..

I first started Rehab March of this year, It was going
really well, I was breathing deeper and stronger.
Then May my Brother who also had Cf passed. I was told
to take some time off to get my self together.
During the down time my breathing was not as good.
I got lazy i guess. But Now that I am back in Rehab I am
getting better. So after I finish this class in December
I will start at the Local YMCA , They have a Pulm/Heart Program.

You may want to check with Your local YMCA.But 24. a month is not
bad as all.. My Ins is paying for my Rehab,But after Dec if I want
to keep going to the Hospital Gym it will cost me 324. a month..
I think 324. a month is high, I won't be on a wireless monitor
as I am now.They did say they will check my BP and O2 sats
I do that my self anyway..

UPDATE** I Questioned the Cost after Rehab, The Person who
gave me the Cost was Wrong. It is 324.00 for 4 Months of
what they call Phase 2 Rehab.. So I will be going after Dec.
