Does taking immunosuppressants affect body the same as HIV does?

So does taking many immunosuppressants after an organ transplant affect the body the same way as HIV? I know HIV lowers the helper T cells and some immunosuppressants inhibit T cells but I'm not sure if it's the same or causes the same kind of stress on the body. For instance, I'm taking prograf, Mycophenolic Acid, and prednisone.

Well HIV is obviously a disease, so no, I don't think so in the relative context. Transplant drugs do lower T-Cells and B counts, but I don't think as dangerously low like in HIV. Anti rejection drugs act as artificial immune suppressant kept at a constant level and not progressive worsening of immune function like HIV.
