anwyay with hillrom it helped to wear a tshirt and then I put the nonslip kitchen stuff for drawers etc on between t-shirt and vest, it also keeps vest in place better, it takes getting the hang of but it really helped me.

Yes, I still get itching sometimes. Usually when I have my settings high. The higher the Hz goes the worse it gets. They told me that if you lower the pressure that will help and it has. Sometimes layers help me (being winter time, I have a cami on and a ribbed turtleneck....and it's not so bad).
I also do different settings for different times (what I can stand). For example, I'll do....
Frequency Pressure Mintues
8 8 10
10 8 10
12 8 6
15 8 4

That way I'm still getting 30 mins of vest but it's what I can tollerate.

Good luck! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

i itch when i do it. i also think sometimes my vest itself is too small...almost like i grew out of it. my husband thinks it's funny cause i try to stick my hand down the vest while i'm doing it to itch myself. and once i take it off i itch myself. i do the same thing with my boobs after i take a bra off though (sorry if that was too much info guys). and my skin is super dry right now so it only compounds it.
