we always did it flat or sitting up, that's how they showed us at the clinic...I can't imagine anyone just keeping their child in a head-down position for any extended length of time for any reason.
Has anyone seen any written info about this? We just start CPT on our 3 month old and we were told to do some of the positions head down. I have looked online but haven't had any luck finding info on the actual techniques and positions. I'd like to have some info to take with me to our next clinic visit plus I feel like I'm not even sure I'm doing it correctly. We were given a grainy handout with drawings and a wham bam lesson during our last clinic visit which really isn't feeling like enough now that we are on our own.
