Doxy used to give me really bad heartburn so I avoided it for years until other antibiotics stopped working for me. After taking a few courses my body got used to it, so as long as I use sunscreen I'm side effect fine.
I know one girl who took it for a few months continuously and it turned her teeth blueish. Her teeth turned white again naturally after about a year.

Well-so far so good. I just took my second dose tonight about 20 minutes ago. I am so nervous right now I feel like I am going to have a panic attack. I think its because the last meds (augmentin) I had an allergic reaction to I took it at night around 10pm and it happened like 10-20 minutes after that. Where I am right now....ugh. As more time goes by I am sure I will feel more relaxed,right? My husband is here and I have my benadryl and epi pen in the cupboard. I obviously have some issues though because I get this feeling at night-ugh! My CF doctor was even talking about going to see someone who would work with me about meditation kinda stuff to help with my panic attacks when I told him I didn't really want to take more meds for the panic attacks-so that may be my next step.
