I try drinking 8 glasses of water a day..... It is my favorite beverage & i love the benefits !!!

Loosens mucus helps the old kidneys work <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I know w/ all the meds its a good idea to flush em out <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I use a plastic cup & make a mark on it for ea one i finish...

I love the combo lock trick <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Drink up everybody ..
