I would suggest to keep the butt not red to use unscented wipes and check the diapers out. It is funny but some diapers are scented too. I get parents choice diapers and unscented wipes. At the first sight of any red on the butt I put Desitin on him. The original formula works the best. For the rest of the skin, I would also suggest slathering the little one with Eucerin Cream. Equate has a generic equavalent of that in a tub too. That is super moisurizing. Do you have any sort of humidifier for you home?? Since the air is getting dryer as we are getting into winter, I would suggest that to help take the dryness out of the air in your home. We have a whole house humidfier here and that seems to help quite a bit. If you don't have access to one,it may be wise to put a humidifier in his room..or the room he spends the most time in. That way he is not loosing so much moisture to the dry air.

I hope that I helped you out some, and I wish you and your sweet one the best.
Much Love
