dry vesting?

I would like to add a mid-day CPT. I know a lot of you guys do that; but, I get NO benefit from using my vest without a neb....I just feel there is no benefit to doing that. Those of you who do a mid-day CPT, do you do a neb with it and if so what. I am wondering if just doing sterile saline would be helpful. I don't really want a mid-day HS or anything like that. Suggestions would be great.

You could add an inhaler (use Vortex spacer with ProAir albuterol IMHO) before Vest. It's quick and opens the airways..maybe not as well as neb though. Then while vesting if you aren't getting movement you could add a saline neb. Total time = how ever long you use your vest.

Now I should take my own advice and start a 3rd treatment. Thanks for the idea!

Yes saline neb has always been recommended by my doc.... great idea

I use hypertonic saline sometimes as well.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
