I have the eflow for trial drugs. I have never used it for tobi or pulmo, so I dont know if this will help you. I LOVE it, have never had a problem with the machine whatsoever. I have been using the same machine for 14 months, one month on, one month off, so it gets a break in between. I dont know, maybe that helps. I do HATE cleaning. It is more time consuming to clean. I was also like you, getting very lax about cleaning my nebs, so when I started this, I had to be more careful. I have learned a lot from people on this website about cleaning nebs and have a tried very much harder to change my ways for my own good.
As for your question about cleaning 30 min. later...i dont know if you will run into a problem. The tobi in regular nebs is VERY sticky, so I am assuming it is with the eflow as well. You may run into a problem with this as the eflow is so delicate. I guess I would say, make sure you clean it very well, when you do clean it. If you MAKE sure you clean it well when you do...you should be ok.
Hope this helps!! Good luck with your eflow and doc!
