eFlow Tobra mix?

Hi,

I just started the eFlow and its version of Tobra on Friday. I was feeling great and PFTs were fantastic. Two days later, today, I have been coughing up some blood. I was wondering if it might be the formulation of Tobra and if it might have irritated my lungs.

I know it's not the eFlow because I've used it with Cayston for over a year.

Has anyone had problems with bleeding using the Tobra mix for the eFLow?

Hmmm...good question. I don't have an eFlow (yet) but my doc was concerned about that sort of thing happening. I usually have a bit of hemoptysis within the first few days of starting TOBI. Try using less of the med and see if you still have problems.

I am a bleeder...last time was 9 months ago. I started using the eflow 4 months ago. I have done 2 months of the Tobra formula for the eflow and will be starting my third round next week. I have not had a bleed using it but I thank you for the heads up about this possible complication. I hope things clear up for you Dog.
