i have a dishwasher that i use exclusively for cleaning meds.

it reaches the temperature that the CFF says is needed to rid all bacteria. it's nice because i can just throw the pieces in there and take 'em out when they're done.

i was lucky enough that my insurance covered some extra plastic pieces for me as well - so i can rotate like i do with my traditional nebulizer cups.
