just got it today so i can't tell ya how it works...i'm gonna play with it in a bit, but i was reading the directions and good lord! i was wondering if anyone that has it soaks it in alcohol everytime after they use it or could it just be a once a day thing, but clean it with the soap and water in between? thanks for the help guys!

for the Aztreanam study, the strict recommendations for the study were to clean it between treatments with a very mild non-bacterial soap. Directions are to rinse each piece in warm tap water and then wash in a bowl of soapy water and rinse then air dry. Then we have a respiratory solution to clean it 2 or 3 times a week. I clean more often with the solution. I would take very good care of the head though and soak in alcohol as recommended...otherwise, your treatment times will tend to get longer. Be very careful of any soap you choose to use. DON'T USE antibacterial...something about leaving a film that clogs it. Hope this helps...you'll get use to a new routine and you will like the e-flow...it rocks.
