ELECTRO FLO 5000 & PARI E FLOW NEB

I was looking at the website and found out about the electro flo 5000 and the pari E-Flow neb i was wondering if any of you guys had it? if so how hard was it to get? I heard that they were considerably better then the conventional neb and chest therapy... tell me what you i called the companies and am working on getting them... from what they told me the process seems pretty simple but i doubt that it is any wahsy if you have information about it let me know please... thank you !!

Some of us have the eFlow because it was used in certain drug trials. It's quite difficult to get one otherwise, especially since the eFlow is not yet fully approved by the FDA for use with our specific CF inhaled meds.

We have an e-flow, and despite what I have heard it was actually easy.

We asked at our clinic (the pulmonologist, not the RT) and he ok'd it and had the RT get the order.

You can't use normal TOBI in it, you have to use compounded Tobramycin. The pharmacy that we got it from provides you the e-flow on a $0 lease when you buy the compounded tobra from them.

I'd ask at your clinic and see what they say, can't hurt to try.
