I dont take any enzymes. I used to need them from when i was diagnosed (age 2) to about age 11...then I just stopped needing them. I am 5'2" and weigh about 112 pounds. Weird...anyone else like me?caitlin
I find that if I switch enzymes around every so often it helps. I take about 8 Creon 20's, per meal they worry about colonic strictures with to much. In the past I have tried Pancreacarb and I am going to switch next doctors visit. It is buffered with bicarbonate.I also take taurine, it is suppose to help with fats. I also take natural plant enzymes and lactaid pills when I drink lots of dairy. I also take Mylanta gel caps versus the chewable types.It is hard to figure out. Good luck
