Enzymes and overnight tube feeds?

thanks everyone for responding so far! I think since he was starting them last night after the nutritionist left there was some confusion. Also, does anyone know the "dosing" for the powdered enzymes? I feel like they're kinda clueless here!

We give our 8 yr. old his 3 Creon 20 enzymes when he starts the feedings and then when he wakes up he has the same dose. I was worried about the same thing but he continues to gain. Hope this helps. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Gosh - trying to recall what we did when our little guy was on NG night feeds. I think we gave him his typical enzyme dosage (which at the time was 3 creon5 caps) at bed time and then another as soon as he woke. I remember thinking there seemed to be a big time-gap as we were also told that the creons last for approx an hour - maybe a little more.

I'd ask your doc on this one.
