My enzymes last me for 30 minutes. Sometimes I can get away with taking them every hour but it really depends on how much fat I eat. It's a lot of trial and error in the beginning b/c it depends on how your body works with the enzymes. I know for me, the higher the calorie and fat content the more I need. I hope this helps! We were told 45-60min. When Emily is frequently snacking we definitely have to keep giving her more or she ends up with stomachaches later.
