I just found something where it says that the highest dosis should be up to 20000 per kilo of your weight. So as I have about 50 kilos I could take up to 50 x 20000=1000000 per day.
1000000 : Kreon 40000= 25 tablets a day
1000000 : Kreon 25000= 40 tablets a day
1000000 : Kreon 20000= 50 tablets a day
1000000 : Kreon 10000= 100 tablets a day

I take Creon Forte (25,000), 1-2 with meals. For snacks I usually take 2-3 Creon 5000s. I've tried a bunch of dosages before and none of them have ever really been perfect, but this is what seems to work best for me.
