Epson Salt in bath?

Hi, I also just purchased a huge bag of Epson Salt and took a long hot soak with it. I know its good for me but I am not sure it will be helpful for a lung infection.

I use epsom salts all of the time! I have a mitochondrial disease with muscle involvement so the bath really helps to relax my muscles. I hadn't really thought about using it for anything else; but it sounds like it might help. I don't think it would hurt you to take a nice hot soak to test out the theory! While I was looking around online I found some links:

I use epsom salts all of the time! I have a mitochondrial disease with muscle involvement so the bath really helps to relax my muscles. I hadn't really thought about using it for anything else; but it sounds like it might help. I don't think it would hurt you to take a nice hot soak to test out the theory!
