ok i'm in florida on the band trip for the year, we got here today and i think the erythema nodosum is flairing up. i'm sure it has something to do with i haven't slept much in the past 2 weeks. typically the dr tells me to take additional vitamin k for it but, well i'm in florida and don't really want to tell my band director because he'll overeact because it gets where it looks like my foot is broken it gets so bruised and swollen and we are going to be walking around disney for the next week. What can i do to get additional vitamin k without going to like a pharmacy or something like that? any foods? any ideas?
