Essential fatty acids

How to take? do you take a suplement Essential fatty acids?
Which one?
What about linoelic fat and other vegatable fat?

Omega 3 is really good! Mine is 1100 mg fish oil 500mg total of epa and dha. If you have a trader joes areound you, the fish oil soft gels arnt that expensive there. They say its best to get the actual oil and take it byu the tablespoon but if you cant handle the taste go with the softgel. I was getting problems with my joints and this has helped so much.

The important thing to look at is the total EPA. It is recommended to have 1500mgs/day of EPA. Also, the brand is important because the processing of the oil can damage it. Nordic Naturals is highly regarded. If you open the bottle and it smells "fishy", put it back.

But yes, Fatty Acids are critical for everyone.

I tried taking Omega-3 vitamins but became congested while on it. Having tried it two or three times in the past, I realize that's how I react to it. Does this happen to anybody else? What can I do to avoid this but still take Omega-3s? Help!
