example letter for daycare or preschool

Hello,

Has anyone written a letter for a preschool or daycare regarding CF? At my son's preschool there is a cfer in the morning class and the mom and I are going to get together to try to educate other parents about cf and infection control. My son in preschool does not have cf. My one year old does. I just thought I would ask instead iof reinventing the wheel!

Yes, I just wrote a letter for my 5 year old daughter (w/o CF) to take to preschool (her first year). My son, 2 years old, has CF and I wanted to educate the teachers and let them know WHY I want her to wash hands often and to let me know when anything is going around. www.cysticfibrosis.ca has a brochure called "A teachers guide to cystic fibrosis". Maybe you can take some of the information from that brochure because anything anyone needs to know is in that brochure.
