i was just wondering wot excerises peeps do i do trampoling and my physio said that is very good for pushing mucus from the bottom of the lungs and i do find this helpful but tirig but worth it to get the mucus up <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">
i've started horseback riding in the last year and have found that it really helps. it is surprisingly good cardio, plus it is also a lot of bouncing, which is good physical therapy!!! it really gets me coughing a lot.
