Well, I was walking a mile nearly every day and beginning to run as well, when I broke my toe. I had a run in with the vacuum cleaner. Anyway, any suggestions for keeping up with exercise, without worsening my toe?
Also, I am looking to begin strength training. Can anyway give me some pointers on what types of weights, exercises I should do? Are there particular ones that are suggested for people with CF? I have never done weights, so I'm completely a beginner. Thanks in advance!
