A little note on exercise. You can pretty much exericse at any time such as parking farther from your work or a building, housework, doing your own grocery bags.
My doctor always has me walk on the treadmill or do stationary bike in the room.
A person can always start small with the amount of exercise and build off of that to getting alot of exercise.

Someone told me the other day that it takes 30 days for a new habit to "kick in." I think it may take longer in some cases, depending on how well you stick to your new habit.

Thanks to all! I knew you guys would have some good answers to what may have seemed like a silly question. By the way, the way I wrote the question sounded like I was feeling ill. I was just posing a scenario. I am actually rockin' this week. Feel great, doing my hikes! Sometimes I just get discouraged during an exacerbation and find it difficult to want to exercise. I needed some motivation to stay on top of those exacerbations!
