THAT'S AWESOME!!! GOOD FOR YOU!

I run about 1.5 miles at 5.5 every other day or so.

I love how running makes me feel! (Even though I feel like I"m dying sometimes while I'm doing it! lol)

i do cardio for 35 min. ~4 times a week. i rarely run though. it does make me feel great, but it is hard physically AND mentally. plus, i think high-impact exercise can't be good for our predisposition to arthritus? i don't know. i just have a lot of little weird foot/knee/leg issues pop up and i don't want to aggrivate it. the most i've ever ran on the treadmill was 1.75 miles, probably a couple of months ago. it took me 20 min. or so i think. MAN that was hard.
