Or Liza, when you do go for walks you could use light ankle weights, 3 lbs each or something. That's a little more tough of a work out then just walking, and you'll be building nice leg muscles.</end quote></div>

That's definitly an idea too. Thanks Kelly!

I do a variety of things. Usually when the weather's nice I walk. Lately I've been feeling well since I'm on IV's and I have added an intermitent jog to my walk routine. I also have a rowing machine which I use if the weathers bad and I lift some 10lb dumbbells for upper body strength. I'd like to get a stationary bike but living in an apartment the rowing machine takes up enough space. I've also done the mini trampoline which is nice to break up the routine.

Hiking, i love to hike, the fact that i get where i want to go evem though it seems so far away takes away from the " i need this to be healthy" side of things. Nothing makes me feel better than the outdoors.

Sorry, that was me - Charlotte! Been having few probs logging in - seems to be ok now - good old Bill 'eh?!!

My daughter has CF, does lots of running around at mo - she's only 2 1/2, for me running seems to do it best - feeling really chilled out afterwards. Tried yoga Liz, but wasn't 4 me! Give it a go though.
