Exercising with a respiratory infection

Sorry Alyssa is feeling rough! I have no real experience in this area, but I know that when my sister has any sort of chest cold she exercises and swears it clears her out faster. She's not a carrier and doesn't have CF, so the application may be completely different. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I play organized sports for my exercise (soccer, softball)...whether I'm feeling great or feeling crappy. I might have to tone it down a bit if I'm not feeling up to par, but I figure it will help me feel better faster if I get that crap up and out.

Same as me <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I usually take a few days off sport when I'm feeling really horrible but get back into it once the lethargy has worn off a bit.
