Experimenting with my nebs/vest order...

After reading around here, I have decided to try doing my neb/vest order as:

Xopenex (and wait the required mins.)

HTS

Vest

Pulmozyme

It takes a little longer, but I seem to be coughing more up. Any thoughts or experiences?

(I have been coughing so much during treatments this past week that I have pulled a couple of muscles in the back of my head!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> )

This experiment may take a detour for a bit- both DD and I may be coming down with a cold.... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I have a Xopenex HFA inhaler, which saves lots of time. I also do half of the vest cycles (I have the Respirtech one) while nebbing HS and finish with Pulmozyme

I do almost the exact same thing, the only difference is that I do my vest while doing my saline and I use proventil instead of xopenex. I feel a lot better doing the pulmozyme after the saline. Feel like it's doing more. I dunno. Could be crazy (or not!)
