Extreme headache (sinus pain?)

Sounds weird but when my headaches are really bad and don't respond to pain meds I drink something in caffeine and that will sometimes do the trick.

Moist heat also helps a lot. I wet a washcloth and stick it in the microwave about 50sec., then put it in a sandwich baggie and lay it on my forehead. When it cools I heat it back up again and about 30 min. of this really makes it feel better.

Hope your headaches stay away, tho!
