Eyelashes ?

Does anyone ever wake up in the morning with little crystals of
salt between their eyelashes?  Not like normal "eye
boogers" but just salt that's between the lashes?<br>
<br>
I'm not sure if this is a result of sinus irrigations or a CF
thing, so I thought I'd ask!

I have had this & its annoying because when I wake up I tend to rub my eyes as I stretch. Having the salt crystals there just means that I rub it into my eyes which we all know BURNS......its not an every day thing so I assume it depends on how much I sweat during the night. I have minimal sinus issues so I dont believe its connected to that or at least not for me!

What about overnight contacts getting salt crystal patterns on
them?  I once had a tech at the eye doctor ask me if I was
putting salt in my eyes for some reason!

Yes I enjoy putting salt in my eyes....LOL!

I've always had this. When I rub my eyes it burns sometimes. It happens more often when I've been hot and sweating during the night i.e. summertime.

That's how Josh was first diagnosed. I asked the pediatrician why my baby had salt crystals on his hair.

I know this probably isn't that funny, but I just can't stop laughing. It doesn't take much to amuse me I guess.
