I cannot tolerate TOBI, so the AZLI is a great alternative. After culturing PA for 10 years, on AZLI I stopped culturing PA. This lasted for about a year after I stopped the AZLI. I had minimal irritation from the AZLI and only during the first 30 seconds to a minute of inhaling the AZLI. Currently, I am on a drug study, so I know that it will be a while before I can get on the AZLI, but ASAP I plan to hit my doctor up for a prescription to try to kick some PA butt!
