Fecal Fat Test

I am not sure the exact name of the test, but they sent all her poop I collected off to a lab and it was tested for the amount of fat present and for any abnormal bacteria. They then compared the amount of fat she ate for those four days to the amount of fat in the poop. This is where the 88% came from. For those four days she only absorbed 88% of the fat she ate.
