The Diflucan is a blessing one pill usually does it, but also I think because you skipped the days without the acid.. once you catch up with those it shd. be better. I at times felt I cld bake bread...

Eat yogurt everyday. If you dont like yogurt you can buy it in vitamin supplement form called ACIDOPHYLOUS...TAKE ONE EVERYDAY!!!

I once tried this out of desperation--the internal stinging I was getting from Monostat was practically making me howl--and I was shocked to find that it worked. Now I can usually avoid Monostat altogether with a couple days of following these instructions.
(I take oral acidophilus daily too.)
