This isn't really my concern and it definitely ain't my board but I do have a real belief in the neccesity for somewhere for partners of CF's to have somewhere to go for advice and understanding, because currently there really isn't anywhere (that I've found) for partners to go, except for generic sites that cover "caring" in general, not CF specific...I like this site and the people who run it, it also has the potential to be the "mecca" for info pertaining to CF due to the people who frequent here, the knowledge they have, the CF wiki page, the vast range of topics, the way it's set out and its name...
I know that the partner forum doesn't get alot of replies due to the fact that so far not many partners are here...but the traffic IS there, you can see by the amount of people who view the topics and it's a matter of time before people do get the courage up to share their stories.
Telling new people not to post there and posting partners questions and issues in another forum ain't that condusive to helping the partner forum move forward and gain new members...
Like I said, this isn't my place, I have alot of respect for everyone here and what other forums get up too and where they choose to post their threads is not on my radar, but I do believe in the partners forum for various personal reasons as well as the ones I previously shared...
I know how this sounds and I hope I don't offend, anger or irritate people, I was going to pm you this but I want to be as transparent as possible in my thoughts on the partners forum...I post this in regards to MY concern for the forum and my belief in it.
