Hi Jenn! I am sorry you are going through yet another problem....You definitely need a break that's for sure! How high do your temps go? Do they have a pattern to them....low in the am, high in the pm? I typically run about 99 all of the time, docs say it is from chronic inflamation, they get worried when I hit 100 and run it consistantly- usually the sweats get more intense at this point too. The only time it goes down to normal is after an intensive course of antibiotics for a very active infection. Wierd when they take my temp and it is down to 98 for the first time in months! I am glad you are going to the city for further workup- blood cultures, more than likely you had to give bodily fluids from wherever they could think of. I hope it isn't all in vain for you and they come up with answers. What is puzzling is that you are dizzy and have low blood pressures...you have Addison's right? Maybe they aren't repleting your adrenal hormones enough (you have been through ALOT of stress physicallly, mentally lately and now you are working full swing too, I wonder if you picked up some virus- nursing is notorious for all of those funky cooties) Anyhow, I pray pray pray that they figure you out and that you get relief soon! Hugs and love to you...the other Jenn <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
