i have vitamine defiantsies too..my nails have lil white but my teeth are stained white Its really weird and yet embarrassing

Football nails i always called them cuz there round! I only found out it was CF related a couple of years ago! and i am 33.3/4s now

My mates allways to the mick, as for the white spots I believe they are milk spots, drink more milk and they will go lack of calcium
